Should have written that better, I meant I was classmates with the truck owner. He was always nice …. which is why I think the diaper placer is an asshole.

Yep. Or... perhaps some desperate mother was having a terrible day. In her haste to change her baby in the comfortable shade of your truck tire, she simply confused the wheel well with a trash can.
